  Lower Impacet BOOT CAMP
Love Boot Camp classes, but your knees can't take so much pounding? This class is for you! We will do a combination of indoor and outdoor fitness activities, with lower-impact suggestions for those of us with "more mature" joints. (We stay inside when the weather if cold or wet.)
  • Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 11:45 am - 12:45 pm

TURBO KICK BOXING

This is a fun and exciting workout session utilizing all muscle groups.
Get Energized, Fit and have Fun!
(No equipment necessary... just you!)
  • Tuesdays 6:45 - 7:45 pm & Thursdays 11:45 - 12:45 am
  • 10-punch card $55
  • Drop-in welcome! - $8 per session

ADULT GYMNASTICS & Core Strength

Get your core strong and learn some cool moves! Learn more about the skills your kids are learning! This is a fun and exciting 1 hour workout session. We will do a 30-minute warm-up and core strength session, followed by 30 minutes of gymnastics instruction or open gym time – your choice.
  • Wednesdays 6:15-7:15 pm
  • 5-punch card $55
  • Drop-ins welcome! - $13 per session

    YOGA with Nomadic Yogis

    George, owner of Nomadic Yogis, teaches this class. He is a certified Yoga teacher with additional training in restorative Yoga, Pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation. He is also currently working on obtaining his Yoga Therapist Certification.
    • Classes at Airborne are;
      Sunday - 8:30-9:30 am, Intermediate Yoga
      Monday - 6:00 -7:00 pm, Gentle, Beginners Yoga
      Monday - 7:15 - 8:15 pm, Intermediate/Advanced Yoga
      Wednesday - 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Yoga for all levels
      Thursday - 6:00-7:00 pm, Gentle, Beginners Yoga
      Thursday - 7:15 - 8:15 pm, Intermediate/Advanced Yoga
    • Drop-in rate is $10
    • Studio Passes also available with rates as low as for $6 per session. Studio Passes are valid in any of the Nomadic Yogis Studios. (Broomfield, Erie, Longmont.) Please make payment for Yoga directly to Nomadic Yogis.
